I had booked 15 foot truck few days back , that when I went to the location . They said 15 foot truck is not available , he said will give van with discount. However I managed to shift all my belongings almost in 3 trips which was a big hustle for me . The guy arranged me something at the last moment . But without my consent my reservation was cancelled . It looks so unprofessional .

VISHNU POrganization. The license plate doesn’t match the registration, the wrong key was in the lockbox. I got charged for gas that I didn’t use. I started to register with one vehicle and then had to finish with another. Was an hour sorting it out to pick it up.
Sharron BPick up time is 10:30 but when I am there on time no one is there. I didn’t get the truck until 12:00pm! I requested a dolly in my order but I didn’t get it, still uhual charged me $7! Horrible
Qiang LI booked 15" inch truck but I got 9" van and I have shift my things from Markham to oshawa 4 times , I drop off the van at same spot but that area is too congested so it's a worst experience for me

DARSHAN PBe honest and don't force your customers. Just to do your business, Make them feel comfortable. The person who got me the truck he lied he just wanted to sell his business. He didn't want to listen to what my needs.

KIRIKARAN VWhen I arrived the cargo vans back was full of stuff from the previous renter. The owner then made me cancel the reservation and rebook another cargo van at the location. The whole process of picking up took around 1hr and a half making me very late for my event. Usually picking up only takes around 5 minute from all my numerous past experiences.
EVAN Sit was a perfect location for my needs, and the truck was brand new and in excellent condition
