I did not drop off the rental in Nolan Hill, but rather in Wiarton Ontario. After hours, on Thursday September 3. I was in touch with the manager of Bluewater RV prior to dropping off the unit and she made it easy for me to make that possible.

Easy to locate and drop off

Debbie SI did not have a good experience with this old U-Haul truck. The truck was in poor condition and had a lot of wear and tear. While driving, I was genuinely afraid that the truck might not make it to my destination. I did not feel safe or confident driving it, and I was very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. Very bad truck to be rented out.

MICHELLE PThe interior of the cargo van was dirty with dry wall (gypsum) particles which I vacuumed with my wet/dry vac. And there was pet hair (probably a dog) on the passenger seat which I again vacuumed. But the most disappointing experience was that the back door latch wasn't locking properly. I was about 30 mins into my trip when I stopped for a Tim's coffee and had to access the back door. I wasted about 30 mins trying to lock the back door. I almost called U-Haul to send me another Cargo Van when the door latch finally locked. Of course I was very hesitant to open the back doors when I reached my destination.
ARTHUR LThe truck was dirty with big guts on the windshield and the back of the truck smelt really bad and was muddy on the front storage part. I actually think the roof was leaking because when we off loaded, the mats we put there were soaked. The brakes were squealing a lot during the two days I had it for. The pick up was great and easy to pick up. I liked the app for pick up and the drop off was super efficient and quick. I would use Uhaul again and recommend but the truck I had just needed some maintenance.
Dahlten SI asked the attendant to change the reservation for only one day instead of two, and he didn’t want to do it, arguing that if I returned early he would only charge for one day, I did return early used the trailer for only one day. Bu he charged me for two days regardless. It’s just wrong

Antonio QTrailer lights didn’t work. I had someone else pick up the trailer, and the guy at the uhaul location had checked the lights for them and said they were good. Signal lights put the trailer hazard lights on, and the running lights did not work. Got pulled over by the police for this issue. Insane the trailer was rented out like this…

Simon MWiring for the trailer was hanging in the wheel well. I was waiting for it to get torn off. There is no spare tire, and no jack to aid in hooking up and unhooking. Further, renting a hitch over and above the trailer is bullshit. If I have a hitch, I probably have a trailer. If I am renting a trailer, I probably don’t have any of the accessories necessary to connect to one. Not having wiring adapters or including a hitch with the rental is bush league bullshit. For all the reasons above, it’s unlikely I rent from you again, as there are other and better, less ghetto options for only a nominal difference in price. Location was ok. Bullshit that you advertise in Cochrane and then when I book send me to NW Calgary. People were helpful and professional. Overall, a C+ experience.

Alexandre KThe customer service was excellent and it was an easy process. They were efficient and it was relatively busy. I will come back to this location. It did take a few minutes to locate the office because it was a container style and that was unexpected. Better signs on the front and back would be helpful to locate it faster. A few other people were having the same difficulty.
