MARK AI had rented a cart but when I opened the back there was no cart so I had to lift everything by hand plus move it all in to the new apartment. I moved myself so quite an unpleasant experience which took far to long.

Lucas DI did the mobile pickup which was great. It's a little bit of a treasure hunt trying to find the lock boxes and things. I'm glad I did the mobile pickup because the line inside was extremely long. This location as far as UHaul locations go is better than average. The cost of rental was very expensive though, it seems like false advertising saying $19.99 per hour per km, when I used it for a morning and it cost $100.

JOHN YI have no idea why I need to go to place A to get a truck and go to place B to get a trailer even place B have the same size of truck to rent. And I have to go place a to pick up my car. That is no acceptable!

Carla WDeck trailer ordered and staff confirmed Arrived at Nolan Hill and no trailer. The trailer had been delivered to a NE location. The only dolly available. We had to spend over $40 to get new hitch reciever balance of the angle would Crack bumper. Now see ad that says the reservation is guaranteed or you give us $50. And $50 was not offered. Please at least refund us the $50.

Sandi BThe guy was nice and the location was spacious, I don’t mean to give him a hard time. But the equipment was dirty. I had to spend an hour pressure washing the inside of the trailer and still ended up with grease on my furniture and on the walls of the new place. Furniture pads were packed with dust and sticky. I’m expecting someone to call me and offer a partial refund.
Ryan LMake sure you point out previous damage. I took pictures before I left but was worried sick I could be blamed. The attendant was very understanding and good to deal with but the damage creates unnessary stress.

Eghon OI did not drop off the rental in Nolan Hill, but rather in Wiarton Ontario. After hours, on Thursday September 3. I was in touch with the manager of Bluewater RV prior to dropping off the unit and she made it easy for me to make that possible.

Debbie SI did not have a good experience with this old U-Haul truck. The truck was in poor condition and had a lot of wear and tear. While driving, I was genuinely afraid that the truck might not make it to my destination. I did not feel safe or confident driving it, and I was very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. Very bad truck to be rented out.
