GARRY MI had a really positive transaction at this location.
Carla WDeck trailer ordered and staff confirmed Arrived at Nolan Hill and no trailer. The trailer had been delivered to a NE location. The only dolly available. We had to spend over $40 to get new hitch reciever balance of the angle would Crack bumper. Now see ad that says the reservation is guaranteed or you give us $50. And $50 was not offered. Please at least refund us the $50.

Sandi BThe guy was nice and the location was spacious, I don’t mean to give him a hard time. But the equipment was dirty. I had to spend an hour pressure washing the inside of the trailer and still ended up with grease on my furniture and on the walls of the new place. Furniture pads were packed with dust and sticky. I’m expecting someone to call me and offer a partial refund.
Ryan LMake sure you point out previous damage. I took pictures before I left but was worried sick I could be blamed. The attendant was very understanding and good to deal with but the damage creates unnessary stress.

Eghon OI did not drop off the rental in Nolan Hill, but rather in Wiarton Ontario. After hours, on Thursday September 3. I was in touch with the manager of Bluewater RV prior to dropping off the unit and she made it easy for me to make that possible.

Debbie SI did not have a good experience with this old U-Haul truck. The truck was in poor condition and had a lot of wear and tear. While driving, I was genuinely afraid that the truck might not make it to my destination. I did not feel safe or confident driving it, and I was very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. Very bad truck to be rented out.

RON MKnowing that truck was being driven across the country should have been in better condition. Unless the MTL location wanted to dump the vehicle to a different location and let them have to deal with it
Tom MThey are not transparent over charged us. I don’t trust he service. Not recommended
MICHELLE PThe interior of the cargo van was dirty with dry wall (gypsum) particles which I vacuumed with my wet/dry vac. And there was pet hair (probably a dog) on the passenger seat which I again vacuumed. But the most disappointing experience was that the back door latch wasn't locking properly. I was about 30 mins into my trip when I stopped for a Tim's coffee and had to access the back door. I wasted about 30 mins trying to lock the back door. I almost called U-Haul to send me another Cargo Van when the door latch finally locked. Of course I was very hesitant to open the back doors when I reached my destination.
ARTHUR LThe truck was dirty with big guts on the windshield and the back of the truck smelt really bad and was muddy on the front storage part. I actually think the roof was leaking because when we off loaded, the mats we put there were soaked. The brakes were squealing a lot during the two days I had it for. The pick up was great and easy to pick up. I liked the app for pick up and the drop off was super efficient and quick. I would use Uhaul again and recommend but the truck I had just needed some maintenance.
Dahlten SI asked the attendant to change the reservation for only one day instead of two, and he didn’t want to do it, arguing that if I returned early he would only charge for one day, I did return early used the trailer for only one day. Bu he charged me for two days regardless. It’s just wrong

Chris BYou really need to talk to these people, very very unprofessional, they live at same location and we sat outside and phones them and woke them up, head office should make a surprise visit and see for yourself! They need a shake up!
