The day before we were set to pickup our truck, we received a call advising us that the 15' truck that we had reserved at least a month prior was not available at our preferred location, and we would need to pick it up at a location in another city. This shouldn't happen when a particular vehicle is reserved well in advance of the pick up date. When we opted for a smaller truck at our preferred location, the pick up time changed from 9:30 office pick up of keys instead of the requested 8:30 remote key pick up.
Jeffrey DThe actual rental was a bit trying because the employee did not know how the computer system worked. Returning the truck was a problem because the computer was down. They said they would email me the receipt. I never received it. I called and left a message to please send the receipt and never heard back. I went to the office and asked for a copy of the receipt, but he could not find my account. On upon further review the rental was never checked in. And another 'employee had to check the truck in. I finally received the receipt and the good news is that the rental was about half the amount that I was initially quoted.
ann jThe U-Haul app was down, and frankly is usually not reliable, but thankfully the staff at this location is awesome. Have rented from here 3 times and will keep coming back.
MIA GJust did after hours drop off. Was original drop off location, but had to call because new reservation had different drop off location. 20 minute wait on phone to call this in. Awful experience.

Rick CThis site was great. We drove up during business hours. They did all the inspection odometer reading and gas level check and everything before we left. They said everything was fine and it was a very easy drop off.

THOMAS JNot the locations fault, but U-Haul app didn’t not let me take advantage of the rental 24 hours. You U-Haul is unethical by allowing two customers to pay for the same truck within a 24 hour window. Very wrong. I turned in the truck before 9:00 so that it would be ready by 9:30am for another customer. Did that customer pay for some of the equipment I rented or did they get it for free? I also got the truck with less than 1/4 tank not at a quarter tank. Less than.

STEPHEN SVehicle had been smoked in by previous user. They left the windows open to try to get the smell out. Also, the unit I had reserved was inside the gate and not available. Had to call and get someone to assign me a different unit.
