was called by U-haul to ask if I would change location pick up to help a new rep get business. I agreed with the understanding of where and when to pick up this vehicle. Waited over a half hour past when I was suppose to pick up the truck making my time sensitive work almost fail. Not recommending this location on North College road ever again I will stay with the success I have always had at the Kimberly road in Twin Falls Idaho.

RYAN CMy reservation was changed because the other location didn't have the trailer size I ordered. The location isn't very well marked unless you happen to look down the driveway as you pass. I had a pickup time of 9am. But, because the location is a storage facility, I couldn't get in without a code. No one answered the phone, when I called. Some one finally showed up at 10 after 9. He told me he didn't know of any reservation, but discovered it after the computer finally warmed up. When I hooked up to the trailer and did a walk around to make sure everything was good. I discovered that the trailer was dirty inside. Which I had to sweep out before I could load anything. I was also told that if I brought the trailer back early to call. I did call, but only was able to leave a message. I was given a code before I left with the trailer and was able to get in to drop off the trailer. As the gate was openning the attendant was leaving. He told me that he would record the return the next morning. I will say, the equipment handled just fine and was just what was needed.
MICHAEL GLoren at the N College Rd. U haul location was excellent. I explained I am not tech savvy and he helped me through the process and he found out the answers to my questions and went the extra mile. I highly recommend him.
