Never send someone to location where there are no people, we spent an hour trying to find out where to put the key. It was all locked up. Finally took the the key to another Location on Kimberly road they were helpful. As a result my friend helping me missed an engagement that I promised we’d be back for. So, I’m not very happy today.

Amazing customer service. Super friendly and helpful
Timothy Swas called by U-haul to ask if I would change location pick up to help a new rep get business. I agreed with the understanding of where and when to pick up this vehicle. Waited over a half hour past when I was suppose to pick up the truck making my time sensitive work almost fail. Not recommending this location on North College road ever again I will stay with the success I have always had at the Kimberly road in Twin Falls Idaho.
