The 20 ft truck was not swept out,in the cab or back. There was no dolly as I had order and it only had a 4th of a tank of gas. So I had to fuel it to use it.We didn't do a walk around either. I don't think I'll use this location again.CHERYL A.

Initially I was scheduled to pickup at a gym location, the person in charge, Junior was not there at our agreed upon time. When I was able to make contact with Junior he advised that he would arrive 20 minutes later which would have made him 1 hour late. When I held him accountable for not being at the location he became abusive and said he would cancel my reservation and demanded that I leave the location.INEZ W.

This location is the ONLY positive thing I can say about my experience. I Haul Reservations and management were awful and not helpful. Price gouging for sure after being told there's a nationwide shortage of vehicles. I saw full lots everywhere I went. I was guaranteed my truck would be available when and where it was supposed to be, then told I couldn't check in because there was no truck for me after all. Told someone would call. No one did. I received a text from U Haul asking if I'd pick up and deliver a loaded trailer. Hell no! Liability? I don't know what's in it. The offered discount for doing so wasn't nearly worth my time or aggravation. This was a horrible experience. I feel ripped off, jerked around, and definitely not valued. Never again.Terry C.
Location very hard to find. Looked abandoned. Had us pull in past gate to drop of trailer. But then told us we need to circle back around and drop it off in a different area. Ground was filled with huge pot holes and very difficult to maneuver around. Employees were rude and unprofessionally disrespectful wore inappropriate clothes. It was not clear at all where I was supposed to leave the trailer. The employees were friendly and helped me detach it from my car, but also didn't seem to know what I was supposed to do with it. They told me to leave it outside of the fenced area, which seemed unsafe, but there was nowhere inside the fenced area where the trailer would fit. They had no idea where it was supposed to go. Highly recommend to go to the official U-Haul location down the street instead. Do not return your trailer to this location.Christopher N.

PSA: Uhaul SUCKS. Reserved a trailer to be picked up in Oklahoma and dropped off in Colorado. After running around town for 3 hours to different U-Haul stores, one place was nice enough to take the damned trailer. We stopped at another location in Colorado Springs to see if we could drop it off there since it was right near the storage unit, she said â€œno, if you chose Monument, you have to take it to Monument.â€ NOT TRUE. Went to Monument, they couldn't take it and sent us down the road. Next place wouldn't take it either and told us another location to go to and they have a manager on site. Well, they at least took the trailer, but convenient that there was no manager. Also convenient for them that at the 1-800-U-Haul number, no one ever answered. 3 hours later and money wasted on gas we finally have it returned. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with U-Haul and will never use them again. Penske, on the other hand is phenomenal (just didn't have what we needed this trip on short notice).Stephen B.

Clean the outside of truck. Load cars on auto transport on a downslope, not an upslope. They were nice enough to help me but I scraped the underside of my car and damaged it.Mike V.

Don't accuse people who have reservations and have provided payment information as stealing your trucks! Real life happens and things don't always go to plan. The staff was friendly and professional BUT they made the reservation to pick up the equipment incorrectly. I called and told them and requested it to be changed approximately one week ahead of time. It wan't done. I called again a couple days prior to scheduled pick up and it still wasn't corrected. I received a call from another loaction, far from where I was staying, and the lady said that is just the way it is. We don't move equipment and the original location staff shouldn't have told you that you could get the equipment there. So, if you want it you have to come to our location or don't use it. It's up to you!Frank H.

The guy running the U-haul rental was a little unprofessional. It was fine that the owners of the storage unit office had to call him to come out from his other job. However, we had registered online to pick up and he acted like it was an inconvenience for him to come out. He openly admitted that it's been awhile since he's done this and at one point he said he wasn't sure why there was a certain rule in place. Then, when we were taking a look at the truck to inspect it for damage he said that he saw the truck all the time and knew all the damage on it. This made us feel like he was just trying to rush us out the door. Won't be coming back.Scott L.
I'm not thrilled because i rented equipment beyond the truck that wasn't given to me when I picked up. I had to add miles, time, and interupt my move to get what I needed.Savannah A.
The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star review was the fact that when I returned the truck there was nobody there that was trained on signing in a returning truck. But I did get an email with the final bill in about 4 hours after returning the truck. Over all it was a good experience and I definitely would return to rent a truck next time I needed to. And I would recommend this location to anybody. All of the staff were friendly and wanted to see that I was satisfied and had a good experience.Jim W.
Employee there only works Saturdays. She didn't know how to check the truck out and had to make 2 phone calls to other Uhaul locations to finalize the contract. Process took about 25 minutes. There were 3-4 others in line behind me waiting for her to finish.WILLIAM W.
I rented a 15' truck to move a couch from the Costco down the street to my house. I had the truck for ~ 45 minutes. I was told that the truck had 7/16 of a tank of gas. In reality, the truck had below 1/4 of a tank. I filled it back up to 7/16 of a tank. When I got my bill the next day, there was a $25 cleaning charge applied, saying that I had spilled soda all over the dash and floor. Nothing of the sort happened. I have called multiple times to dispute my bill with no return call. This place is a scam!!!!JEFFREY N.
