On a Monday morning, they didn't open till 9 am. Seriously?
Eric H.The staff wasn't there when I got there at opening, so I had to wait an extra twenty minutes. The truck I rented was dirty in the cab with leftover garbage all over. I had to sweep the back of the truck to get it clean and ready to load. In the days of Covid where hygiene is still important, this is just not acceptable, but I had no choice because I had a moving day to get to. When I pointed it out to the staff after turning in my keys, there was no response.
Fleur B.W when I got there at my scheduled time they could not wake the guy that does the U-Haul stuff up finally an hour later after he got woken up he did not want to come in to do the lease agreement with me so he told the lady how to do it over the phone it was ridiculous and I will never go here again
