Awesome staff and great experience.
KATHERINE HWhen I rented the vehicle, I was told I needed to refill it. They said I needed to fill it up! I ended up paying at least 50% more in fuel than what was expected normally. I drove 59 miles but yet I spent $47 in gas. That does not make any sense to me.. Very dissatisfied . But the location could care less about my concerns or expense for the additional cost of the fuel. When I asked them about the fuel, they didn’t have any response. They didn’t give two cares. Just make the money.

KARL BIt ended up be more expensive than I thought to use to move a couch from a store to my house and back. The $19.95 ended up costing me over $70! Wish there was a cheaper in town price for 2 hrs use !!! Other than that great!

LUIS ROne-way charge is very high compared to daily rate. The lot we returned it to had the same trailer with licenses plates from many different states. The attendant said they don't return them to origination, so it is hard to understand why a 3 day rental is $570 one way vs $60 for local. Lower the one-way rates.

GEORGE GWe originally called Jason at the Hubbard, OR location to see if he had availability for the trailer we needed. Unfortunately, he did not, but he went above and beyond to help us find the trailer we needed on very short notice. Thanks Jason!
BRIAN TI stated I needed a trailer that had a 5ft opening on the inside. What I received was a smaller opening. Unfortunately, after going to pick up the item, it was too small and made for a very inconvenient evening. He also charged me $40 for a tow hitch that is clearly listed online for $29. If you have other options I would start there first.

WILLIAM DOnly problem was the back door would not close all the way after opening 3 times. Door cable got hung up in the spring. Glad it happened just before returning.
JOHN SStop charging .99 cents per mile for in town. Use, I have never had a problem with it for long distance movers but for small mileage it adds up over the day and becomes a dishonest/unfair number.

ROBERT SMaybe to keep in mind when engaging with the customers, that it is counterintuitive.to suggest they “Don’t knock the mirrors off” 3 times to the renter. It felt sexist and degrading.

JOSEPH PThe cab of the truck had food crumbs and dried up spilled drinks in it. The photos of the truck texted t0o me when I picked it up had no pictures of the right side of the truck so I had an employee document the damage before I took the truck.
