A representative from U haul called me the day before my reservation to tell me that the truck I reserved was damaged, so I needed to go another location. The person on the phone sounded like they just woke up and couldn't form complete sentences. It was literally the oddest interaction from a business. I asked if I was being punked. No explanation to find out the truck was damaged, or where I could pick up another size or even what size was available. I hung up and called the location directly bc I did not believe that this company would hire employees that treat customers so poorly.

JUDY N.The transmission has a leak in it we saw the oil dripping on the ground. It has a terrible exhaust leak that when you sit in the truck for two or three minutes at a stoplight or stop sign the fumes are awful inside the cab of the truck.
