Truck was clean. Truck likely needs maintenance and repairs. Truck was not satisfactory for the distance we were driving. There was excessive play in the steering and the dash appeared loose and had excessive, loud rattling. Everything else seemed to work well.

The customer sevice agent kept trying to tell us that the equipment we were trying to reserve was wrong and even though we had ordered at another location changed our equipment. He was pushy and rude. Will never go back to that location.

Fill the truck with gas!!! Customer shouldn’t have to guess how much fuel to put in. I had to wipe out the inside due to it being filthy. People were super friendly though.
