It took over an hour to get truck and now I have been over charged. Still waiting for my refund. They said the corporate office has to look into it.

Fortunate for me this location was open late. My son broke down on the highway at night in the cold and rain and had to have his vehicle towed. I made a quick reservation to rent an auto transport and got a confirmation #. When I arrived at this location my confirmation and reservation were non existent or the the U-haul representative didn't know how to locate it. An auto transport was available but the u-haul representative said he had to create a new contract. This took the representative over 45 minutes. My son was over an hour away and now had to wait additional time while the contract was created. The representative said it was a slow server and cell service was not good.Once the new order was created I was on my way, picked up my son and his vehicle and brought it home. Then we returned the auto transport approx. 15 miles further away from our home. I was told I could check in the auto transport after hours on the u-haul app. The U-haul app did not work at this location cell service was horrible. We were tired and it was after 1:30 in the morning so we home. Next day I checked the contract order and fees and noticed I had been over charged. I had been charged for furniture pads and a dolly. I did call this location first thing in the morning to confirm I had returned the auto transport and to question the furniture pads, and dolly. The same U-haul representative did apologize for the error, again blaming his lap top but he did send a message to the field rep. to correct the error which was done. I did notify customer service to make sure they knew the hard time I had and also to make sure I was not overcharged. I have rented a lot of equipment, trucks, and auto transports in my lifetime from U-haul and I am not a new customer .I generally write a good review but I just had to let out my frustration with this rental. The good in all this is that equipment was in great working order. and I would recommend U-haul for your rental needs.

The people who run the store were great, good food, nice ECT U haul had a wagon or hitch for at the place but the wagon or hitch had a busted tail light That's why I had to go to the other place to get the hitch That was 30 miles out of my way 15 there 15 back You charged me for extra millage Didn't get paid for time or gas.
