The floorboards were dirty, i did clean them before returning, and there was some garbage behind the passenger seat. Nothing awful. I would rent here again, front desk clerk was friendly and professional.TRACY SUE A.

There was another customer inside this business not wearing a face mask today, July 11th, 2020. I did not see any attempt to encourage the customer to wear a mask. Per the Gov. Of Oregon's order, all businesses must require customers to wear a face mask as of July 8th, 2020. My wife has health problems and the presence of this customer without a mask made me feel very unsafe. I am not sure I would return to this location on this basis alone. Otherwise, service and equipment are top notch!Tyler B.

When a customer comes in. Dont force them to complete the entirety of their reservation online, while on site, only for the website to not work and completely waste 30 minutes. As the peeson working the desk said that she can just do it...AFTER the fact. It was a huge waste of time while trying to move. If it's imperative that customers complete registration online, then say so on the webiste or during the reservation.Jahmiliah C.
