Great facility — having my belongings INDOORS was really important. The access via my key card was also so convenient. Other observations: 1. The “onboarding” to customers about how to use and access the facility has to improve. I got no overview from anyone and had to figure it out in real time. When I was checking out on Sunday a new customer was pulling up and he asked me how to use the facility! I was happy to help him but shouldn’t have needed to. 2. There needs to be an obvious explanation of where to swipe the cards and how to enter the building. This is not happening yet. 3. There are lots of folks in the area without permanent housing. It’s an issue in society well beyond Eugene, but this facility is like right in the heart of the unhoused area. They’re definitely coming in the building. 4. Are you aware that folks are “living”‘out of their storage unit and the pull-in garage. Yes — without a doubt. Again, I’m not casting blame here. I’m just wondering: Did you all plan for this? 5. 3 stars due to the poor explanation about how to use and access the facility. The storage element alone is 5 out of 5 stars.

Some of the access methods were unclear or didn't seem to work, but possibly due to my misunderstanding. I appreciate having someone that was there to help when I got there, running a key over to me when there wasn't one in the unit etc. mattresses don't fit the cart so well but otherwise very, very happy

Said they would call back which never happened. Brand new place. Drove a mile down the street to a u haul office to find out I needed a card. So if you book online you cannot rent a storage unit until you go to an office, which this place has none. So much four the internet.
