I had to drive over an hour out of my way to pick this truck up and when I picked it up it was dirty in the cab with coffee spills and food on the floor. I'd be ashamed to rent something like that to a customer!Brian G.
I would never recommend someone to use uhaul. The drop off location was great however the pick up location did not have debit and or an atm and we had to wait 1.5 hours for people to pay for gas so we could do cash back and get cash in order to pay for the uhaul. Called during this time and complained and they said they said they could not give me a discount until I dropped off the uhaul in pembroke. When I got to pembroke the guy was not able to give me a discount and I had to call uhaul again And complain. I've been offered a 25 dollar gift card (not even Money off my order) and a gift card won't do anything as I've already used the service and paid. Uhaul is the worst ..Amber C.

Long wait , canceled without notification, overcharged and got some refund but not all. Truck was disgusting with trash and a vape pipe. Pics were provided to CS. Will never rent uhaul again and will be sharing on social media.Mike L.

Although the pick and drop off location experiences were acceptable, the experience with head office has not been a good one. We ordered a large truck weeks in advance and when moving day arrived the truck was significantly smaller and pick up location was quite far away. The km were adjusted to accommodate the pick up but this did not help us as we then needed to make 2 trips to take our belongings to the new place resulting in extra gasoline costs not to mention the time spent on the road (2 hours each) so a move that should have been completed in one trip/one load took 2 trips. We were very disappointed that when the truck was booked, options were not provided so that we would sure to have the truck size originally requested for a one way move.anne J.
I was told I would be picking up in Peterborough and then had to drive an additional 30 km each way to go pick up my truck.Logan B.
I pulled the truck in and handed the keys to the clerk outside. I was disappointed that I had filled the vehicle not sure how much gas I would use costing $207. I picked the vehicle up with 1/4 tank. I returned it with 3/4 of a tank and felt I should have been reimbursed for 1/2 of the gas as that was all I used. Had I returned the truck I would have been charged for it.Sandra H.

It was a little confusing but I found out that this was new to the owner as well. I wanted to say a very big thank you to the gentleman who arranged the U-Haul pick up etc for being so good to deal with. He made the experience do much better. Thank you againMike L.
