Very knowledgeable perfect handover Only thing concerns me the Quick Lock trailer coupling did not have a locking R clip they said it doesn’t need to but MTO rules says it must

I dropped the truck off with the app. which was super easy and convienient

Matthew HI do not have access to internet on my phone when I am standing in the middle of a parking lot 200 kilometres from home. I cannot use UHaul's app. At all. Ever. It would not let me upload pictures I had already taken and wanted me to have internet on my phone to take live photos of the truck. Then it froze and told me the link was expired. I purposely chose a pick up location, day, and time, that should have had a person at it. There was not. The truck itself was great. Clean, new, mechanically sound, great gas mileage. It's just the administrative over reliance on having access to internet on my phone that was the frustration. Thank you to the poor guy, who wasn't even involved with UHaul, for helping me access the truck.
