The location people are wonderful and I have used this location many times. Any problems that arose were actually caused by the Toronto office. Their interference caused problems and would have derailed my entire undertaking had I not double checked with Jackson Motors. The Jackson folks are great. The far away 'whomever' office people not so much, probably because they have absolutely no idea what is going on out here where equipment is actually being rented and used. I will rent again from the Jackson location.

TAMAS MVery friendly and accommodating staff. My only qualm was that the rear door gasket was completely frozen down, so the door wouldn't open. It took us 15 minutes to get the door open before we could begin moving. I'm sure this happens this time of year at many locations, but it shouldn't. Overall, great location. But, at the very least, someone should be making sure the doors open before pickup.
