It was a little irritating to try to book at a different location for a closer distance then having to travel farther for pickup/drop off and pay for the extra KMs when you didnt want to pick up/drop off there to begin with

richard kGas tank was leaking and could not be filled up. Wrong drop off location was applied. I was charged unexpected additional fees for a truck that was unsafe to drive.
