Awesome customer service
Dave MThe location people are wonderful and I have used this location many times. Any problems that arose were actually caused by the Toronto office. Their interference caused problems and would have derailed my entire undertaking had I not double checked with Jackson Motors. The Jackson folks are great. The far away 'whomever' office people not so much, probably because they have absolutely no idea what is going on out here where equipment is actually being rented and used. I will rent again from the Jackson location.
LYNNE HWendy, in the office, is really nice to deal with.
