The vehicle was fine, communication and pick up/drop off super easy. The issue is the parking lot is like an afterthought and it’s your main business aspect. No paving and had to drive over a curb to park my car. Getting pictures at drop off, I fell on a dirt hill that was where we had to park the truck. I imagine it’s pretty muddy in spring and winter.
Staci NThere was a lot of friction in renting, picking up and dropping off the Uhaul that made me not want to use your services ever again. The original trailer we rented was not available, revised trailer was cancelled and then we had to pick up a different trailer at another location. Drop off - was described as putting keys in a drop box rather than downloading an app and taking several pictures.

Gena PNo instructions on where to leave the dolly. I had to leave it in the truck bed as show in the pictures to avoid someone driving by and swiping it. The only place I had to park the truck was on quite the angle. Which was uncomfortable and also skewed the fuel gauge picture.

TIM ZCan only speak of my equipment. 20ft vehicle. The driver mirror was loose and would not stay put so hsd to put zip ties on it so I could safely drive. The airbag light came on after my second starting of it but seems like it would glitch out. The steering needed a alignment really bad. The top of the logo on the steering wheel should not be facing the driver window when going straight. The people were nice, answered questions, but was a very busy place but in and out no big hassle.
SEAN MCharge me almost $200 for a 1 day rental pickup,charged me 2 times. AND I WORK FOR UHAUL, JUST WOW GUTS NOW I HAVE TO PAY AN ORVER CHARGE FEE NOW .THANKS NOVI FEED

Richard EThere was a slight issue with the mobile check in process on uhaul's side. Luckily, Novi Feed LLC knew how to get it going again.

Robert ROdd location as I never knew it existed, but the young person taking over the business from his family could not have been more personable and helpful in renting the equipment that I needed. He even offered to switch it out if after getting home and realizing that it may not work. The facility is beautiful but it was so practical for what it needs to be. A great Dealer and team is more important than the appearance of the facility.

Alfredo MWe booked our truck 2 weeks prior to our pick up date and were called at 5:00 and told they did not have a truck available at that location but over 30 miles away only, they refused to pay for the additional miles and gas that we had to travel to pick up, very unprofessional and neither employee have a crap about our inconvenience, the Howell person came right out and said she did not care how unhappy we were. Would not book ever again!!!!

Felicia OI asked for dolly when I made the reservation. But there was no dolly when I picked the vehicle. It was mobile pickup at 7am. There was no one to ask either. I got billed for the dolly too
