I had 2 issues, it seemed like the Uhaul truck was not fuel efficient and I ended up filling up more frequently and I was only driving from Novi Michigan to Chicago. The 2nd issue is there was no ramp for the truck. Its been a long time since I had rented a truck but I remember there used to be a ramp. This is very helpful and easier to moving furniture. I hope that you consider this for future, I may have to consider another company that offers this.
