6x12 enclosed trailer tongue is too heavy to pickup by one person. I had to use a jack to get it off my hitch. They need a tongue jack instead of dropping to the ground.Clark P.

Clean the truck. It smelled like wet dog and I had to clean the cab before I left. The app was completely useless and hindered me getting this done. On top of all of that I did not need a 26ft truck. Your ordering system is so broken this is the 2nd time in 4 years that I have been forced to take a giant truck and fill it a quarter of the way up and spend 3 times as much for fuel. Not to mention the ride was so rough I think I found every bump in the road and launched me to the ceiling. At this point I am mad enough to say I won't be using uhual for my next move.Jeffrey V.

First let me say that the two women who worked in the office were excellent and tried their best to make the experience quick and convenient. However, there were multiple problems with the online reservation system which prolonged the rental process and I was at the office almost 2 hours. The trailer wheel alignment prevented good towing experience and therefore prolonged my 270mile trip.Crystal R.
The truck was old and not well maintained. The passenger door mirror was loose and would shake out of alignment so I couldn't use it while driving.Charles W.

Gas was on 1/8 and they ask me to bring back truck on 1/2. That cost me $72.00. I was told they would refund some on fuelâ€¦so far I have not received a final receipt. How about I bring it back the same level I received it and I do not have to trust I get a fair refund.Alan W.

Arrived at closing time, didn't know it was closing time and the employee came walking up to us shaking her head telling us she was leaving to come back another time or to drop off and complete on app. We opted to drop off and close on the app. Michigan people are typically rude but this was an entirely different level of rude. We used this trailer to haul a vehicle with a 2021 F250 pick up, when hooking up lighting system the right indicator show fault, when using the controls for the braking system they did not work, the road was in a snowy slippery condition and when first used the weight of the trailer unexpectedly pushed itself around the pickup.
