Lorna LaidlawI had two rentals with 26' trucks and a trailer. The app allowed me to turn in the truck on the same reservation as the trailer, but I was instructed just to lock the second truck and leave the keys in the lock box. I was charged an extra day for the second truck, even though I turned the truck in a day early due to no one was working at the location on Christmas Eve or Christmas. In stead of calling to ask about the drop off, the operator of this location just charged me as though I turned the truck in the day after Christmas. U-Haul customer service was very helpful and processed a refund through the local store, but if I had to return anything outside of "normal business hours" I wouldn't use this location again.

Randy FarleyU-Haul had us drop off at this location which ended up being 8 miles in the wrong direction and we passed another U-Haul place on the way that we could’ve gone to. That was 4 miles closer. So, even though the guy was super friendly, I would not recommend this location because we were given the wrong directions on how to get there and end up driving miles and miles out of the way.

Where are the questions about other suggestions such as “change location fee”?I gave the address to find nearest uhaul. YOUR rep gave us a site 40 minutes away. This WRONG location put me over the mile mark.
Ernest ESPINOZAFrosina was very friendly. She was alone and I had to hook up my trailer myself. The trailer I got was very worn and three of the four tires were very low on tread.
BRYAN BRADFORDI returned a trailer an hour late and they charged me for two more days. Had to get two hours back by begging them very poor service. I will never go here again.

Pat LaForestThe owner didn’t have anyone there to remove the trailer from my hitch once I came to return it. The lady that worked there was all alone and neither she nor I could do it. She had to ask some men at the business next door off they could help us. Embarrassing. In my opinion, they really need to have someone who can do that on site during all business hours, as that kind of goes with the job! I won’t be returning to this location.
