They seem to be a bit overloaded right now, I had to move equipment to make space to return mine, but fair price and dependable equipment both function and availability. Hard to beat, but could be so much better.

Everything was great
Joseph RU-Haul employee put on trailer per policy. Defective and/or did not put on correctly. Trailer came off at highway speeds almost caused a massive accident with surrounding cars. Damage personal vehicle. Broke my exhaust clamps 2 out of 3. Put a hole in my exhaust causing an exhaust leak. Will pursue U-Haul for responsibility, repair and damages.

Melissa AThe two axle trailer had three brand new tires, one pretty old tire. We thought we could get home with it, but it blew within an hour and a half or so. The impressive part is is we were back on the road in 45 minutes. that is why I would recommend you guys.

TRAVIS MSam Ecke runs a very smooth Uhaul operation. The Uhaul trailer had all the safety features, all lights in working order and hydraulic brakes that prevents fish-tailing from sudden stops. The trailer was easy to manager in tight parking lots and gas stations. Inside were keypoint connections to strap down your cargo. What I loved the most was no paperwork! Sam provided us all electronic email that included operation and safety information for the trailer. Our transport was a one way delivery. Sam even provided us the Google map to Uhaul drop off location that was nearest to our house. I recommend 👌 Enjoy 😉
FRANK RThis was the absolute worst experience with Uhaul that I’ve ever had. I had an even worse issue with Uhaul as a company itself as I called the one 800 number to speak to a representative nobody is knowledgeable, professional, and you will never get a call back with any issues you have. I will no longer be using Uhaul for my business.

Ronald DSince I was asked for a review. The truck was clean and fine. But then there’s the bad. They told me it had 3/4 full tank, it was less then 1/4. Half way done the road I saw that.$50 mistake. Second, I was quoted $390 all in (accidentally chose $45 online incidental insurance which I asked the guy in the office to take out when I picked it up) so should have been $350. Guy behind the desk, seeing I was in a hurry started typing and talking about mileage and times and came up with $460 all in. Didn’t have a computer to show and didn’t have time to try and get to the quote on my phone so ended up costing $200 more then online quote with up charges and gas. Giving 2 stars only because the truck worked and was clean.
DARREN WTruck was missing blankets but other than that the transaction went great. Very nice staff.
Michael GAttendant was very kind and understanding about the blankets. I was given a $10 dollar credit....but still charged a partial cost for the missing blankets. Drop off was great. Just be careful driving across Hwy 281 to get to the location.
Douglas HI was overcharged upon return. Someone changed my coverage from the $15 coverage to the $30 coverage and I was charged for 2 sets of 12 blankets instead of the 1 set that I received. Very disappointed in the unethical business practices. Equipment worked fine but the latch was difficult to use unless you push in on the door. Lots of damage.
