The vehicle was noticeably louder than other UHaul vehicles I have rented, and required significant pressure on the gas pedal to operate. Additionally, I was locked out with the keys inside the vehicle, resulting in a $100 emergency service fee, as no backup or master key was available. My 3-star rating is solely due to the positive customer service provided by the female staff member during pickup.

Peter SOwner was rude and intentionally unhelpful. When I had an issue he told me to call UHaul. When I asked for the number he told me to Google it. That was the least rude thing he did. Never will go to that location again!
