graham dThe vehicle was noticeably louder than other UHaul vehicles I have rented, and required significant pressure on the gas pedal to operate. Additionally, I was locked out with the keys inside the vehicle, resulting in a $100 emergency service fee, as no backup or master key was available. My 3-star rating is solely due to the positive customer service provided by the female staff member during pickup.

Peter SOwner was rude and intentionally unhelpful. When I had an issue he told me to call UHaul. When I asked for the number he told me to Google it. That was the least rude thing he did. Never will go to that location again!
Lynn CLocation appeared to be newly opened so there was a slight delay in processing the return but this was resolved when the other attendant helped out.
KENNETH MThe SalesClerk was just learning but tried his best to get my rental as soon as he could. The clerk was nice and with mor training and experience will do well.
