I was overcharged for the gas usage. Our round trip was less than ten miles and I was charged over thirty dollars for gas. I’m contacting customer service to report and be reimbursed.

My U-Haul had a musty cigarette smell. They only had the one truck I needed aand with my allergies it was a very long 6 hour drive. Wasn’t very happy!!
