I tried to call to edit my reservation drop off location SEVERAL times with too long of wait times and had to hang up each time. Ended up paying way more than I needed to all because I couldn’t get through to speak with someone to fix my mistake.

The employee was GREAT and he made the interaction smoothly
Maria GI was overcharged for the gas usage. Our round trip was less than ten miles and I was charged over thirty dollars for gas. I’m contacting customer service to report and be reimbursed.
Maureen MMy U-Haul had a musty cigarette smell. They only had the one truck I needed aand with my allergies it was a very long 6 hour drive. Wasn’t very happy!!
