Make sure to tell the customer that the lock box for pick up is a black box numbered 1 or 2 on a utility pole near the return key box. I was from out of town and had not rented a truck for a long time and was unfamiliar with that. Janet was wonderful and made everything ok. Customer service at its finest!!!! Thank you Janet.
