Be open on Sunday so your clients don't have to pay for an extra day that isn't necessary. Or at least offer your clients an alternative drop location on Sundays. It was kind of frustrating not knowing specific hours. Rather than relying on your clients knowledge, offer some insight. I will use a different location next time so I don’t have to miss work AND pay an extra day.
Karl MOnly negative is I reserved the trailer only for it not be available, had to drive 65 miles to pick one up!!

KEVIN PUHaul changed my pick up location. Original location was 3 miles from my house. At the beginning I was offered a pick up location 25 miles away from my house. I turned it down.

GERARDO PWorst experience ever with Uhaul. The equipment I reserved was no problem but a few days later it was not available in Phoenix. I was told if I wanted it I would have to drive to Tucson. I had no choice as other people dependent on it were on their way from California. Then I could not switch it from my truck to theirs as the contract was in my name. If they canceled my contract there was a chance that same equipment would not be available even though it was right there. On top of all that my credit card was charged after I was told the other party would pay upon return to California. Of course they couldn't pay because there was no bill. Amazing that Phoenix is headquarters and they had total power to fix a situation they created but couldn't. Bad news
