I told them I would need the uhaul from Kearney to Holdrege and back. Because thr uhaul here in Holdrege never has any trucks. I told them it would be 30 miles each way and 15 additional miles. I was quoted 160. 00. I was charged 300.00 they misquoted me so it was quite a surprise when it was almost double. Please strive to do better.

Jakob VNot staffed daily. It’s a “by appointment” location. Would have been more comfortable dropping it off with an employee instead of a Dropbox. Couldn’t get the app to work. After calling customer service, it was handled correctly. But could have saved time dropping it off at a location that was staffed.

The scheduler didn’t seem to understand that and treated me as if I was trying to steal the trailer even though I called numerous times to figure out what to do with this trailer.
