The truck did not come with the equipment I reserved (the furniture dolly) and the parking/ pull out situation was pretty rough at this location due to size of the property.

June F- Truck was not clean - dirt in the trailer, dried up hamburger remnants in the driver seat, and three cups/cans in the cab - Location did not provide Reserved equipment - Uhaul customer service no help at all finding an alternative; I did on my own at cost of 35 extra miles and 90 mins lost time Whether the Location’s fault or Uhaul — it is probably both — it was not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend either to anybody, but in the absence of any other options, the only remaining option is poor customer service

WILBUR KI've already sent a complaint, but even though I booked everything online and made my son the authorized driver , they couldn't find our reservation and my son was told that I had to come down there to do the transaction. And if I cancelled and he started the reservation on his own, he'd have to do it online. They were not ready for us and made us 30 minutes late No apologies, made other clients who are there to pay for gas, etc while they asked me the questions that I had already completed online
Jary WThere was no one there to help me hook up the trailer! Some customers in the little store had to hook it up and I had to just trust that they knew what they were doing. I made it back safely, thankfully, but at the drop off location the man who helped me unhook the trailer said it was hooked up incorrectly with the safety chains.

Joey CI was told to unhook the trailer where I could find a location. I asked if they were going to check the trailer. They said they would later on. I dropped the trailer in an area with vines.
Charles MFor the most part the location was just fine. However, uhaul itself really messed this up. The first thing is that the location we chose for pickup was not the location where our equipment was. This was confusing and made us late for our meet up with our moving help. Second, the location that we had to go to did not have the size truck that we ordered. We ordered a 26 foot truck and got a 20 foot truck, resulting in 2 trips to storage instead of one so we had to pay more for mileage. We also had ordered a hand truck which wasn’t there and we were really counting on it to aid in moving things. In conclusion, our order was completely mess up including pickup location and all equipment, which I feel was not the fault of the pickup location.

ROBERT BTruck had only 6600 (and change) miles on it. It was in perfect condition, and drove like a car.. VERY easy to back around and position truck as needed for loading, etc.. Outstanding for a 20' truck..
JASON H15' truck reserved couldn't open back door. Both of us pulled open binding all the way. Couldn't use. Guy could do nothing except say call. 1 hr. wait time.cell phone minutes. upgraded to 20'. the 20' was gone. Guy took it on himself to give me 26'. took pic. of dash, no correct paperwork. Gone. Guy needs to have access to change system to solve customer issues. An hour on hold is not a solution. internet is not a solution on the road where you have no access. terrible systems design.
