Since you don't have the 4x8 trailers, I was forced to use a 5x8. I only needed the 4x8, and the gas mileage dropped from 17.5mpg with the 4x8 to 12.5mpg with the 5x8. This costs more money, and a lot of time stopping for gas. Not good. I definitely prefer the 4x8.

The lady at Oquirrh Mountain Moving was friendly, but incompetent (I think her name was PJ). I arrived for my 9 am pickup, but I didn't leave with my first load until 11:30. She had forgotten to get the containers ready the previous day and there was nobody there to operate a forklift when I arrived. When I returned for the second load, I called ahead to let them know exactly when I would be arriving. The same lady received my call and welcomed me when I arrived. 30 minutes later, nobody had done anything to swap out the empty containers for the next load. Nobody had been informed that I was there and nothing had been done. I had to start expressing my frustration to get something happening. The lady then packed up and left. Another gentleman (I think his name was Paul... He was the supervisor) took over and got my containers loaded. I then returned at 4:00 for the last load and he got me loaded up in no time. I am grateful for him and helping to save the day. It was a very frustrating day. I also think I was overcharged for miles... But I can't be certain because I didn't write down the mileage upon my return.

I had reserved a 5x8 "enclosed" trailer online. When I went to the U-Haul place the website sent me to, they had a 5x8 "open" trailer. I told them it was wrong, they told me I ordered the "open" style they called the big U-Haul people and I heard through the phone ( she was using her cell phone to call) that I indeed had ordered the " enclosed" trailer. Then I had to go to another u hual rental store to get the right trailer. It was a pain and I don't like being lied too. The second U-Haul place was awesome and got me on my way.

Return location was assigned by the computer. Did not have proper workers to take care of the return. The man was nice but would not unhook the trailer from the truck. Said insurance prohibited it and boss wouldn't allow it. Said they were not a UHaul, but only a drop off location. I'm a 70 year old widow and if my son had not met me there I wouldn't have been able to get the trailer off and movers wouldn't have been able to unload my truck. Fix computer program to match each return to locations that are qualified to handle each particular rental and have the appropriate people on staff to do the job.
