I feel the woman who was working when I arrived and provided assistance to me the whole time could have been trained a little better on the computer system side of things.

I waited over 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I was given the wrong truck, after I drove away I was called and told I had to return the truck and when I got back I waited another 15 minutes before they got me the right truck. When I got back to my house I found a bag of trash inside the truck. The service was very unprofessional and the truck had someone else's trash in it.

This wasn't the fault of the workers at Oquirrh Mountain Moving, but whoever adjusted my reservation messed it up. They spelled my name wrong when they redid it and charged me and extra $70 for insurance that I had previously denied.

I have rented a lot of U-Haul's but this was by far the best customer service and most efficient pick up and drop off I've had I will definitely be using them again

Great location and staff. Zero complaints with either. U-Haul's corporate staff is the least reliable bunch of imbeciles I can remember using in years though. The “gave” me a discount for doing their job. But hey, nobody minds driving an extra NINE hours to pick up a rental for a reservation made a month in advance.

The truck was dented and the staff was unfriendly. I was concerned about the dents and did not want to sign the rental agreement until the dents were properly documented. The locations response was that they had the right to refuse my rental based on my attitude. It is totally true, I could have been kinder in my tone, but they could have been more helpful in my desire to not have to pay for somebody else's accident and they could have not parked the truck right next to anther trailer making it very difficult to take photos of the damage for your online system. I was supposed to have my rental time start at 12:30, I did not get out of there until 1:10 and I asked to have my rental 4 hours start a little later based on that and was met with "absolutely not". I will yelp review this location, I have used several uhaul locations and have never been treated like this before.

I picked up the truck before hours. The lock was difficult to get off. It required a phone call to get further instructions, with no avail. Staff did arrive and with difficulty, got the lock off. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The process of getting the truck/dolly was so disorganized and time consuming that I have not desire to use this U-Haul location again.

I was supposed to be able to walk up and drive off with the online rental, but the correct truck was not ready so I had to go inside and do it all over again. The agent was nice and helped me get on my way.

I stood and waited in the front lobby for approximately 8 minutes for someone to come out to help me. When someone finally did they did not apologise for the wait or anything. That bothered me. I spent over a $1000 with U-haul I expected better service.

The help was quick, nice and accurate. I was only a little confused when the location was closed after I had scheduled to return my trailer. But I just dropped it off and they contacted me the next day to finalize things. It was great.

The trailer wasn't available at this location so we were sent from there to West Jordan. But the trailer there was clean and the woman there was helpful although slightly grumpy.

The trailer I rented was very old, dirty, and in need of replacing. The doors on the back were small making it difficult to load and unload as opposed to the newer trailers with large back doors. There was a dirty packing blanket left in the back of the trailer when I picked it up. I would recommend replacing this old outdated trailer with a new one.

I was supposed to have early pick up, which didn't happen. There was not an appliance dolly available, even though we had reserved it in advance. However, the location did get an agent to come in early to help us and did what they could to fix the situation.

Windshield moulding was coming off, the gal assigned me a truck (according to the contract) that was not the truck that I ended up taking out. Ended up being charged for fuel when I returned the truck full, but when I picked it up, it was not full. I have video documentation to prove it.

Receptionist couldn't remember a phone number after asking numerous times to give it again, also very slow when people have things to accomplish in their day and are on time schedules as well.

There was no one to help me unhook the travel/car trailer. I had no idea how to do it. I had to ask the only person that would help which was an older woman. She wasn't thrilled to help me, but she did, not very friendly. There was a young man when I drove in and I asked him about helping. He just looked at me and walked away to do something else.
