It was very easy to rent the truck online and very easy to pick it up. However, we picked it up Saturday morning and the employee on duty was rude, annoyed we were there at 9 am and more interested continuing the personal call on their cell phone rather than helping us out. We waited 15 minutes for them to finish their call. They did not come out to check the truck; told us to just take pictures stating they didn't want their "pancakes to get cold" and to help ourselves. May be normal procedure at this location, but we were NOT impressed with the customer service.DEVIN B.

This location was great, but experience with other location, your online reservation system and help was useless, wasted 1 1/2 hour attempting to get the truck we had reserved. Gave up went to this location which was great. Person online giving us this location was also helpfulGEIR O.

Customer service was terrible, I scheduled my pick up on the app for 9am because they open at 9, I was there at 8:45 and waited, about 9:10 the lady at the counter gave me the keys and told me she will open the gate for me to pick up the truck, she must forgot it because me and another person waited at least 10 outside in the cold and the door was never opened for us, I had to walk back inside again. Finally at 9:45 I was able to get my rental. What is the point of doing it in advance on the app if we have to wait anyways?Carlos P.

The Young lady who helped me was very good and helpful Knew her job the older lady who helped me Tried to say my trailer wasn't there and needed to go to another location thankgoodness for younger lady or I would of been looking for my trailer that was in yard the whole time also while I was there the older receptionist was very argumentative towards younger gal and the customer in front of Me she over charged for uhaul and the younger girl caught her mistake because she was the more competent workerMATIAS F.

It was way farther away than we thought. So the traveling used more gas than we originally planned on. When I reserved it the truck was available closer to me. Then it was only available 25 minutes away. But other than that it was ok.Joni W.
I was told to bring back the trailer any time that night or in the morning as they were closing early for New Year's Eve. I got charged for 2 days when I used the dumb thing for only a couple of hours to move a bookshelf. Was told they would call me to discuss and never got a call; they just billed my card double what I was told. Super not happy. I feel the woman who was working when I arrived and provided assistance to me the whole time could have been trained a little better on the computer system side of things.Robert B.
I waited over 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I was given the wrong truck, after I drove away I was called and told I had to return the truck and when I got back I waited another 15 minutes before they got me the right truck. When I got back to my house I found a bag of trash inside the truck. The service was very unprofessional and the truck had someone else's trash in it.Robert R.

Great location and staff. Zero complaints with either. U-Haul's corporate staff is the least reliable bunch of imbeciles I can remember using in years though. The â€œgaveâ€ me a discount for doing their job. But hey, nobody minds driving an extra NINE hours to pick up a rental for a reservation made a month in advance.Michael B.

The truck was dented and the staff was unfriendly. I was concerned about the dents and did not want to sign the rental agreement until the dents were properly documented. The locations response was that they had the right to refuse my rental based on my attitude. It is totally true, I could have been kinder in my tone, but they could have been more helpful in my desire to not have to pay for somebody else's accident and they could have not parked the truck right next to anther trailer making it very difficult to take photos of the damage for your online system. I was supposed to have my rental time start at 12:30, I did not get out of there until 1:10 and I asked to have my rental 4 hours start a little later based on that and was met with "absolutely not". I will yelp review this location, I have used several uhaul locations and have never been treated like this before.HEATHER B.
I picked up the truck before hours. The lock was difficult to get off. It required a phone call to get further instructions, with no avail. Staff did arrive and with difficulty, got the lock off. Other than that, it was a good experience.Machell L.
