Rachel SThe fuel gauge was lower than what was stated on the paperwork when I picked up the vehicle. When I returned it, I refilled the fuel back to the same level it had when I received it. Despite this, I was still charged an additional $15 for fuel. Please ensure the fuel level is accurately documented and verified to avoid unfair charges for future customers.
