Nothing to do with the location but the uhaul app never worked for me. Never let me login. Very annoying.

The fuel gauge was lower than what was stated on the paperwork when I picked up the vehicle. When I returned it, I refilled the fuel back to the same level it had when I received it. Despite this, I was still charged an additional $15 for fuel. Please ensure the fuel level is accurately documented and verified to avoid unfair charges for future customers.
