The U-Haul app has gave out wrong information to close out the rental. It delayed me by another 12 hours... it wanted me to close out in MO and I'm in TX. Customer service was unhelpful and didn't understand that the mis-information was a negative customer experience. The U-Haul app and customer service agents at your customer service number were generally unhelpful.

Michael SOV himself and the other employee was very nice and personable. He was very busy and the process took longer than planned at an hour. Bathroom had no soap. Again, nice, genuine people, but nothing like your return location which set the bar so high, everything else will fall short.
