It was closed when I got there even though on line hours showed Sunday would be open. However someone completed my drop off within 30 minutes of me dropping truck off.

Benjamin VI rented a 15’ truck and there was a set location to pick up at Buchanan Dam. I get there and there are no trucks. Call U-haul and somehow I was never updated about the location of the truck. So far no problem I drive to the new location in Kingsland and the truck is there. I open the truck and guess what? No appliance dolly in it. Called Uhaul about 3 times and no one really seemed to care about it. I had to pick up a large fridge, a washer and a dryer and I really needed the Applicance Dolly. I had to call s family member to go to a Uhaul location and rent a dolly under their name because I wouldn’t have gotten to that uhaul store in time. At the end of the day I paid for a dolly on my reservation I never got. My family member paid for another dolly which we got. Not only was a lot of money spent but a lot of time which lead to frustration. Not very pleased with my experience.

David PQuite a bit more attention needs to be paid to the attention given in the initial rental process. I would term this a "rental from hell"!! The equipment was in perfect operating condition--absolutely no problem there. The extreme chaos in getting the paperwork and everything in order was totally mindblowing and completely unnecessary. The next time I have items to move, I will use my own Dodge pickup and make three separate trips before I go the rental route.

Nancy RI do not believe the issues with the equipment is the locations fault. They do not have the necessary equipment. UHaul should be responsible for the equipment.
Charles HHard to find and didn't feel safe. Furthermore, I've rented from Uhaul numerous times and this was by far my worst experience. I've had to make numerous calls to get refunds and my move was hampered because they did not deliver equipment properly as ordered. I would like to hear from someone in management about this poor experience.

GLORIA VI want to be called about this I'm extremely dissatisfied..the couple who rented it were great but extra outrageous charges after I already filled it to agreed level with my own money gas then charged for more gas and fees was un merited and wrong..also the truck is a death trap and I can give reasons why...not happy and want this fixed..I'm a regular uhaul and storage customers for 30 plus years I don't appreciate being taken advantage of or endangered or anything to this ..and that not how customers like me will ever come back or give a good review to others for..the truck was just a mark below quarter of tank we put gas in it to that mark and parked it immediately..then charged when we returned early and extra fee unfairly and uhaul was closed at night when left there because had work that day next on Saturday...where wasn't due till 1.40 or so that afternoon and returned night before and I'm not ok with being ripped off expected to pay another 70 80bdamn dollars are you kidding me do you do everyonevthis way for renting your trucks there ...please make this right and correct this immediately I don't owe no gas or fee for it...truck was very dangerous my family watch followed behind and mirrors can't see from or adjust brakes were shot bad very bad breaks and tires steering and I drive trucks trailers cars all the damn time!!@ the door was so hard open with out a big guy couldn't open on own with our prying it up high as could just get door to lift...it jerk and would go in out tow haul and truck took over its own steering to point so scary I wanted to not even get back on raod with full load coming back ..we parked it after gaming and took our family cars to finish move because uhaul was that bad to handle drive and stop..it's dangerous shouldn't be on the road poorly serviced used to hell and will kill someone reflected rented by your business..I'd hope you are fair appreciate being told honestly and aren't trying to rent to another soul till fixed..and charges above the agreement that was only apparently honored by me now left me very unsatisfied with the whole rental and safety to it..sorry but facts are facts and I hope you understand your ripping customer off that's been know well in area and what I do and been a customer very long time ...please fix this today when you read this

james sOnly could keep it 24 hours had to take it back and we were not though. You need to send more truck to Burnet and Llano, Texas. A lot of people are moving here from Austin and other cities because we have good schools and safer here for Covid-19.

Theresa HThe 26 ft truck was very dirty. I would have hoped the truck had been sanitized due to the ongoing pandemic. The steering wheel and dash were very dirty. You could barely see out the windshield and the truck had no fuel. She said she would give me $30 credit since it was empty but it cost $80 to fill it up. I also ordered 7 dozen blankets for my furniture, she didn’t have enough and told me I could try and go to other uhaul to get them... I had prepaid for them too Very disappointing I am hoping uhaul will make good on this experience

SUSAN KTrucks need to be cleaned better. Need to explain to customers the online return process better. I was told to just park the truck and return the key in the box, then check the truck in online. Well checking a truck in online requires you to have access to the truck and be at the site. This was not communicated to me.

Thelma HThe original place that we had rented from didn't have the equipment we had reserved. So we had to go and find a place that had the equipment on our own. Nobody at the Burnet location and the kingsland location and the new Braunfels location knew how to find our reservation and or having the equipment we had reserved. The kingsland location just so happened to have the equipment and was pleasant to deal with the transaction.

Phillips HInquire about the mechanical condition of the equipment when it is checked in and follow up on any complaints/problems. This rental had front suspension problems, (noise and hard to maintain a straight line on the highway. The rental person was not familiar with the software.
