Everything was excellent, but the application used to retrieve the truck and return it was not as smooth. I had problems with it, specifically when returning the truck. The truck had a small exhaust leak, but overall, the experience was very good, or excellent.

The AC was not working properly and it was super hot to be loading and unloading in 100 degree weather. Also the pad lock was broken the last time I rented the same truck a month ago and still had not been replaced.
