It was a pack n ship store and they only had one employee at the desk for everything. Nobody available in the yard to help with U-Hauls. I would not go back to this location.

Better drop off locations, the place where the drop off was too small for the big box truck and toy trailer. Had to park in parking lot next door. Place is not good for trailers
Richard GEverything was excellent, but the application used to retrieve the truck and return it was not as smooth. I had problems with it, specifically when returning the truck. The truck had a small exhaust leak, but overall, the experience was very good, or excellent.
