This was the best Uhaul experience ever. The people were fast and polite. The truck was very clean and worked perfectly, I drove for almost 400 miles!! I plan to use this location again for my next rental.

Despite Uhaul's online checkin process, the owner still took 45 minutes to get me my car. I understand there was another customer ahead of me, but it was a Saturday. Ultimately failed getting me the vehicle on the agreed upon time. You should give this franchise to someone who will invest in more customer service. Nice van though.

I will NEVER rent a truck from this store and ALMOST never from UHaul if they continue these practices. The store was badly kept and mismanaged. The store attendant added $14 of extra service to my bill, which I hadn't asked for. I was in hurry so just let it go. Then he sold me medium boxes for $6 instead of $1.45 as advertised on their site. Very shady operation. Fix it or stop sending customers to this place.

The issues with the pickup were not as much an issue of the location itself but also of the overall reserving process. Everyone was confused and not clear as to which truck is assigned to whom.

We rented the truck on Saturday at 11am and returned it same day at 7.30pm. We left the key in the orange box on the same address. On Monday afternoon I got the call from representative from that address they don't have a key. It was weird and I asked them to check again. Later I called them back to make sure they found the key. Later I got receipt and I see U-haul charged us for 3 days! Why should I pay for inattentive of your representative?

Van was not clean and had an odor - perhaps from smoking. other than that, van was very nice and overall experience was excellent. Very convenient.

The van was ok, but there was some damage on it that was not noted in the pickup photos provided by U-Haul. I noted it in my “dispute” photos but it’s always disconcerting when you find damage that the rental company doesn’t know about. Also, there was a faulty tire pressure sensor, which would occasionally give a false low tire pressure warning, which is obviously worrying.

1) The rental pickup took almost an hour because of an overloaded volume on the U-Haul app. This is not the location's fault but it made the process much harder. 2) The van was not cleaned out before we picked it up, there was styrofoam everywhere. 3) The rental was for 1 full day yet I got charged for 2 days for "returning late" even though I picked up and dropped off the van the same day. This is unacceptable and despite putting comments in my bill and contesting the charge I was never contacted by a U-haul representative as promised. I will be using a competitor in the future if this is the type of billing practice U-haul engages in.

Please contact me. I did the express check in, including the correct drop off location. When I got to this store, my express check in was ignored, the wrong drop off location was inserted, and I was charged an extra $14.93. Not to mention it took over 20 minutes to check out the vehicle. Please refund me for this incorrect charge.

The main centers are more efficient. The people were nice and tried to get me in a Uhaul. There was a mix up with the contract going through and she had trouble realizing that I was spptovrf. All in all it worked out...

Let us know where the vans are! During the check out process it said nothing about the van being in the back and assumed the one in front was mine and couldn’t get in. It took a 30 min call with uhaul to figure out there was a parking lot behind the strip mall.
