Dropping equipment off was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any rental company. I hope I never have to use U-Haul again. I will exhaust all other options before using U-Haul

That was a little frustrating to have it last minute change during such a stressful time for us. The people at the new location for drop off for very kind and considerate. It was just a last-minute change. That was very frustrating during such a big move.

Robert RWe needed this vehicle to tow our trailer after our truck broke down. Once we finally y got truck and drove 40 moles to get our trailer., the ball on the uhaul was too close to the bumper for our hitch to fit!!! Very frustrating

Jayme BWifi was extremely hard to get on phone to load things to Uhaul. Had to go about a mile up the hill to get phone to complete transaction. We only needed a 20 ft. But the business gave us a 26’ it was harder to get where we needed to unload. So they need to keep the size as ordered. Other than that truck was clean.

Stanley AThe pickup location was fine. The Uhaul tuck itself was trash. It was extremely old and had no cruise control. The small engine was not big enough to keep the truck up to speed. The steering was out of alignment, and I had to steer right and left to stay in my lane. The air conditioning barely worked. The check engine light turned on as I went to turn in the truck. This tuck needs retired.
Zion EI was treated so well and respectfully. I will rent from this location when I move my belongings from storage to my new home. 5 🌟 !
