I was overcharged a day and I called this shop, and they told me they have nothing to do with money and that I needed to contact U-Haul (which I have twice, and I have not gotten a response. I have moved a lot for my work, and I have used Pods and Penske and now U-Haul I will never use U-Haul again and I will make sure none of my coworkers do either.
Jenise PU-Haul corporate sucks and makes life hard for everyone.
Bryan FLately U-Haul has been adding extras that we did not authorize. Each location should go through the contract with us, before the rental, to verify the details and avoid false charges.
