The owner is super nice and very helpful. If I could recommend one thing to improve customer experience, it would be to have a secure key drop box made available at the site for after-hours vehicle drop-offs.

Overall the equipment was clean but the engine light was on I don’t understand why that after the attendant checks out the condition of the vehicle, then they give you the keys back and ask you to park the vehicle. Isn’t my contract supposed to be over as soon as after the check is done? What happens if something happens while I’m parking the vehicle? Who’s responsible for that? This happens every time I go to this place.

IT was my first time using U-Haul, and I was positively surprised! The bookings went without issue, all the material was available and working well, and the truck had all the features we needed, including comfort features in the cabin, such as Bluetooth, heating and space on par with the needs for a long trip.

Dolly had to be picked up in office and dragged across a large gravel parking lot to the vehicle. The staff were very friendly and quick to provide keys and explanation of the service.

Customer service here was one of the worst U-Haul interactions I've had with staff. I would choose somewhere farther away to not deal here again.

I loved how we were treated as customers, the person that helped us was very friendly, polite and helpful, explained everything in a very knowledgeable manner, we were happy to see him again at the time we returned the vehicle and as before, he was professional and friendly.

We were charged an extra fee for gas even though we refilled the vehicle at the same U-Haul gas station right before returning it. We made sure to fill the tank before leaving, so being charged an additional gas fee was very disappointing and unfair. The staff should have verified the fuel level before adding extra charges. Overall, this experience left us very dissatisfied.

They guy closed 8.00pm and there is no option for drop off keys and park the truck. All other location has this option these guys don’t have because this reason i have to pay extra for other night and extra mileage to come back and wasting my money and time

Again the maintenance that should be done is not the vehicle I had used sure the front end was going to fall off and the brakes where in need of maintenance it could barely stop the empty U-Haul

The U-Haul I got needs to be aligned, driving that big truck with the alignment off is extreamly dangerous. Other then that it was all good..

Overall I got what I wanted and got the job done without too much problems. I really appreciated they let me keep the truck overnight with no extra charge. Thing to improve: the business is operating multiple services at the same time with not enough staff, gaz station + shop + uhaul, staff is busy handling like 3 customers at the same time and it feels you are ignored. Truck was not really clean, someone before had spill like some old milk or something like that over the deck and it was smelly.
