VENETIA LABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE TO RENT A UHAUL. This guy is a scammer. Paid $115 to rent a 15 foot uhaul for two days. Return the truck and no one was there so I left the keys in the drop box. It had the same amount of gas as when I got it I drove within the mileage range of what I told him and there was no damage to the truck. Next day he tries to charge my card $45 I stopped the payment. Two weeks later I get a charge for $75 more dollars!!! Doesn’t make any sense why I was charged again and that amount. Do NOT go here.

RUSSELL VRadio did not work in truck and driving 780 miles with no radio was a bit annoying. You can only sing to yourself for so long.
Michael Klocation was great but truck was dirty and smelled bad. Check engine light was on and engine had a bad miss to it. Surely not good on equipment that you have to refill before you return.

James IThis is the 2nd time I've set up a rental U-haul from this location and this last time I was quoted a lot less than what I was charged. My fiance, who picked up the U-haul and returned it received an additional fee the next few days without any notice. Originally set up the rental for 24 hours but it was returned within less than 12. How does that work? Why were there additional fees without notice?
Sean GThe truck was very old and barely picked up speed on the highway and roadways also was very difficult to steer because the truck’s wheel alignment was poor. However, the site manager was very helpful setting up the rental!
HOPE BThe location was fine. The problem I have is the excessive amount of time it took to pick up the truck, and the obnoxious steps I had to take to return it. We moved a single piano ten miles, for a total of 22 miles driven. I spent more time trying to pick up the truck and take a series of stupid pictures to return the truck than I did actually driving it. It was so much easier not using the mobile app and dealing directly with a person, which is what I will do from now on. The location? Great. Easy to find, easy to access, and the equipment was in good shape. Will certainly use it in the future and recommend.

Angel WParking for customers is the only complaint I have. There is not much room, but there is a parking lot across the street. Possibly securing a small area there would be sufficient. Otherwise I had a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I will definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

He went out of his way to correct a mistake that had been done at pick up with the best of intentions. Mind you, but on the end of dropping off the trailer, it was very cumbersome, and seemed very dire. But the attitude of the older man was so pleasant yet strong and deliberate. I feel very safe and comfortable. Again, he felt so much like my dad. I feel like I was entertaining my dad spirit. Sir thank you so much just by being who you are. Eric PThe truck was great, but the dolly had a bad tire so it was very hard to move our furniture. Uhaul needs to get it together on their dolly inventory. If you reserve a dolly, there’s no guarantee they’ll have one or one that is in good order.
