You charge mileage up front before the total amount has been calculated. You expect customers to fold the furniture blankets after use or they will be charged extra.

PERRY TThe box of the truck smelled like rancid meat. In fact, there were brown streaks of what I'm sure was old blood on the floor of the truck.
MEN DThe truck I rented had a broken mirror on the passenger side, held together by what appeared to be old duct tape literally flapping in the wind. I was concerned that it might fall out into the road at any moment. The air conditioning was not working - the fan appeared to be broken. There was trash in the cab of the vehicle behind the seats including a Monster can, a discarded hat and an old glove. The cab itself smelled very bad, like an old ash tray. I was worried that the truck would die in the middle of my move. It has over 147,000 miles on it and should be taken out of service. Personally I felt it was my worst truck rental experience ever. The business operator does not appear to be concerned at all about the equipment. When I told him about the broken mirror he indicated that he was aware of it and that I could "slap another piece of tape on there if you want to." And when I told him I would call him if I had any problems, he laughed and said "don't call ME!" He also said that U-haul doesn't "want to fix anything" on their trucks. He was very unprofessional, in my opinion.

Fred RI always rent from thos location over the years. The equipment is usially maintained. If any problems, just let management know, and they will fix it. I had to come 2 days in a row getting 2 diff. Lengths of tricks. The 1st truck needed an alignment and brakes. The 2nd truck drove so smooth. Management took bad truck out right away to be fixed. All you need to do is report, and they will get it done. I will continue to come here.
PATRICIA LSteering gear had more plat than it should. Suggest it be checked by Ford mechanic. Truck was clean in cab and in box area. Ricky and Patrick were both professional and efficient.
