We were unfamiliar with the new pick up process so it took us a long time to figure it out. It felt a bit like an escape room. Now that we have done it once, I would definitely rent this way again. Just was not prepared for the learning on the spot and this added so frustration to the move. Equipment was excellent.Steven S.

The cargo area had not been swept clean. I submitted a picture of this on pickup, also showing 2 dollies in the cargo area. On pickup the cargo area contained two dollies. I did not order any dollies. The store was not open so I had no where to put the dollies. These 2 dollies took up valuable cargo space and became a problem in loading our contents. This was very disappointing.David B.

I chose a mobile pickup for my truck at 9am and when I got there I couldn't pick it up even though the truck was there. I was told to wait until they open at 12pm, but I needed a truck at 9am not 12pm. So I needed to call support twice and thank god they could resolve it and send someone to fix this problem so I could pick up the car. He told me that it was not set for a mobile pickup at the location. So I'm pretty happy it was resolved but was pretty stressed out at that moment because of this issue and it took me an hour to resolve it that I lost. Hope next time they could do better.Leo M.
Wort experience ever with uhaul. I booked truck online for morning at 9.30 am and I have to leave my apartment before the new tenants came in. I got a call at 5.30 pm prior to my pick up. Lady called and told me that they don't have availability of truck before 6.30 pm. I was very surprised that what's the point of booking truck at the convenient time. I can understand that you can delay for an hour or two but I got truck after 8 hrs of my original booked time. My whole moving was messed up. Girl was over the phone was very rude and extremely unprofessional. Thanks for giving me a lesson.Usman W.

When the customer says that's its imperative to pickup there vehicle at a certain time, then you should provide them with a location close to where they need to start their day. This location should always have an on site assistant and they should not be charged extra kms to drive back to where they they need to start they day being as U-Haul could not provide them with a vehicle at the location of their choosing.Kevin B.
