There is not person to talk to, the phone number for this location is not answered by any one. Truck fan/air blower is broken, very inconvenient using the mobile app to pick up the truck, overall it is horribly managed.

Move to a business area, not use a house. Especially because we were told nobody was inside to assist us. We ended up calling someone, who may have tried to be helpful but we got the impression his offers to come to that location if we needed help was just lip service. I will go out of my way to try to NEVER use U-HAUL again. I nor my wife applied for that job and yet we were told everything is done through the APP. An APP that I wasn’t told I would need to download to my phone nor that I wanted on my phone. Also, what if I just had a basic phone that did not allow for. APP download? I wouldn’t have been able to use your services. So, thankfully we figured it out but it caused us to be late to our destination. I will not recommend this location or U-Haul to anyone needing to move. Y’all so quick to lean on technology that you forget about customer service and supply and demand. This was just an awful experience!! And we have U—HAUL several times over the years. But it is obviously you don’t value us or our business anymore!
Steven lThe reason for one star is because the app forced me to call in for pick up and would not allow me to use the check-in app that I've used successfully previously. So, I waited on hold for about an hour and it was so damn annoying as I stood in a dark secluded area. It looks like an abandoned house in the middle of the woods with trash and debris all around in the yard. Once I finally got into the vehicle it drove fine and operated well. The camera on the rearview mirror was a nice touch, just wish I could've picked it up and been on my way in under an hour on a busy Saturday night

DANIEL VLocation was good, car very clean, but online check in to get the lockbox code was a terrible experience. I had to submit the online check in application at least 10 times! I competed on my computer before pick up and multiple times at the location. Even though the application eventually got approved the only way to access the lockbox code was to restart the application process. Wasted an hour of time with this online check in.

Dave HI would recommend this station for people who are sophisticated with use of phones for internet. This unmanned station is not clearly marked as a rental but only a "return" station, and other signage was not great . The app worked fine, but the experience felt more like an escape room than a rental unit, probably my lack of experience.
linda BNo one is manning this location. No one is here to help. I had to call corporate scheduler to check out. Wasted 30 minutes of my time. Someone else came to pick up and they also had the same issue. Wtf
David LThe mobile service is a joke and taking photos to inspect the vehicle is horrible when picking up. The verification process is also ridiculous
