I didn’t move out on August 3. I moved out on July 16. I’m a little bit not happy. They were going to charge me for 3 days until I said something. I feel I suppose to at least hit part of July back since I left in July. When I went to get my belongings no one was there. I called the number and the lady said she wasn’t there.once, she return back from wherever she was at she was going to closed my storage out. She never did. If I hadn’t looked at my bank account closely I wouldn’t never known she did and the fact she put August 3 as my closed out date and was trying to charge me for 3 days is wrong,

I have no clue what this is about. This whole situation is just aggravating. I received an email I have free storage then when in route the customer service representative told me I couldn’t get the first month free I had to pay the 1st month and then get the 2nd month free. I was also offered the next size up from what I originally rented and it was it was two sizes up from what I originally had. Now I have a email showing free month starting the this month the same day I rented 341. Now I’m receiving an email saying I moved out of my storage. This has been a very hectic move. I rented a truck from Uhaul and when I arrived to get the truck someone unauthorized took the truck I originally was supposed to get and I ended up with another truck that was reported to the police as stolen. The police came to my house for a truck that I paid for. This was so embarrassing. What if the matter wasn’t addressed with the Uhaul owner before I was pulled over and arrested then what? This messes with my lively hood!! This situation has caused anxiety and depression to go straight to the roof!! I’ve paid over $400 between 2 days for a Uhaul truck and a storage I didn’t expect to pay until next month. Each day I’m getting a new charge. I have to take time out my day to keep calling and disputing charges!! This is too much for a person during this time with all the extra stuff of the world to deal with!! Staff was friendly and helpful just bill shitted me to make payment for 1st month because she stated people rent for the free month and then leave. This has nothing to do with me!!! I’ve never had this issue before and you can see I’ve rented Uhaul before. This is unjustified!!!!
