The app/website was not working. When I called customer service they said it was my device but another client was with me having the same issues. After 40 minutes the problem was the server on site that needed to be rebooted. How am I going to be reimbursed for the extra labour charges I incurred for my move?

ROBERT L.I wasnt able to get the key to the car as the code to the lock I was provided at the end of online check in, didn't work and the key box didn't open. I spent over an hour on tte phone with customer service and nothing couldn't be done. After all, I was charged for the rental and had to spend my time again claiming the amount back. Wouldn't recommend small franchising offices, better to use official UHaul ones and don't use online check in but try to get the car during open hours: this would save you time enormously.

It's illegal and now it's on her phone with my Visa card # - that i had already entered online. they charged me for 2 days of rentals and over 300 miles in distance when it was a simple 69 miles drive. blamed it on a late x-mas party and she took the wrong reading on the wrong truck and that my things would be all corrected by Monday.

jeanmichel G.I showed up to make a reservation in person a day before I needed the truck. I was told this is not possible and has to be done online only. Not good! When at the location, the app to scan my license doesn't work. Not good! You then insist that the customer do the damage inspection? Not good! The app to update photos for damage discrepancy does not work. Not good! Although the woman at this location was nice and in fact apologetic about the problems that apparenly plague the u-haul system, the location is sketchy at best and is totally unprofessional for a vehicle rental outlet. Not good!

Ida H.Was charged for insurance that I never requested, then was charged for a extra day of rental (rental was returned 6 hours before deadline) then customer service tells me then can't confirm the rental was returned on time even after sending 5 pictures of the trailer at the location before the deadline. At this point I've decided to no longer rent or refer and family, friends.
James F.Entering it is not indicated at all, very hard to find, I had to drive the entire street twice to finally find a place to enter, which cost me $18 for 16 extra miles. Really disappointed with this adventure, next time won't be uhaul.
