Absolute pleasure to work with!
DEREK TThe equipment was functional and clean, but I selected No, because the license plate was broken in half it was not something I noticed during pick-up and was pulled over by the police and spent an hour ont he side of the road because we couldn't get the documents compartment open and not having a paperagreement made it harder to bring up the agreements to show the police which questioned whether I stole the trailer or actually rented it. It was more headache than it was worth... but this trailer needs to be removed from service untilt he license plate is replaced. As far as Penn Hearth... the agent was 100% awesome, friendly, helpful, and felt like you were talking to a favorite uncle and not some customer rep paid to be nice.

Edward HHands down the best experience I have ever had with U-Haul. Bill was incredible! He went above & beyond for us! We showed up at closing time, ran into a big glitch & he still made it possible for us to rent a car trailer. He stayed late & was so pleasant & friendly! I will always rent from this location in the future. Bill made this a smooth, easy transaction! I can’t thank him enough!
