LEDIAN PI was done with the truck early so called the location to drop it off, was told someone would call me back but nobody EVER returned my call. I called the 800 number and was told since I was scheduled to drop it off there to go ahead and take it there. I arrived after they closed and was only able to put the truck behind the gate because someone else was returning a truck and helped me out. Had someone called be back I would have been able to get there before they closed!!!

Roger DNo where to park. Over crowded with storage customers. Returning the truck was a nightmare. No none was there and had to download an app, take pictures, inside and outside and threatened that $20 would be charged if not returned through the app. Not recommended experience.

JOSE AWe dropped off on a day that the business was closed. As such, we didn't enter the building or speak with personnel. They have plenty of uhauls at this location so it's great for pickup. However, it was difficult to drop off our truck because it was full and tight in there.

CARL BI was SHOCKED when the staff assisted me with saving money (actually almost ½ of my bill) by having me return my rental to their location instead of my local facility, which was only 25 miles away. I was more than happy to pay my fuel and wear-and-tear on my vehicle to save hat much! Their attention to detail and verification of proper hook-up was a welcome addition.

FELIPE CWe returned our rental after they closed and then I ended up with charges for an extra day and insurance billed again. Additional miles billed were acceptable but not the others. I had to call and have them removed. It was returned as it should have been the evening prior.

RAFAEL RWhile driving to Tampa fl the windshield wiper on the driver side became disconnected from the arm in a thunderstorm on the highway. It became a very dangerous situation for us. I had to buy a new wiper and unfortunately I used cash and didn't get a receipt. I believe my total was $180 and that is all I'll be paying. Thank you.
